All products are supplied for Customer Collection only. Please contact us to arrange a collection appointment.
It is possible to deliver feeds by arrangement only, for a small fee.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are unable to offer a Refund or Retunr of goods, as these are live animals and sealed feed. However, if you have a problem with your purchase, whether it is feed, animals or booking BNB space, please do contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue, to mutual satisfaction.
