Shipping Policy
All live Birds must be collected by the customer at a time arranged between us at Chicken BnB and the customer. The customer must bring there own box and have means of transporting any live birds safely and as stress free as possible for the animals. Once any stock is handed over to the customer, its well being is the responsibility of the customer.
All hatching eggs are for collection from chicken bnb only. Postage may only be offered on our rare breeds, where distance is prohibitive for collection. Postage is strictly by prior arrangement
Return policy and Rehoming
Any live birds that have been sold by chicken BnB can not be Returned to the farm. We can offer advice to the owner if they wish to rehome their birds. Birds will not be permanently rehomed with us at Chicken BnB.
Policy for hatching eggs
Chicken Bnb holds no responsibility for the fertility or viability of our hatching eggs. We run closed flocks to maximise both of these issues. NO refunds will be offered if Eggs don't hatch as there are many factors involved for an unsuccessful hatching. Any chicks that hatch are the responsibility of whom ever hatched them, so we can not take any chicks back unless by prior arrangement.
